Conflict of Interest Policy
The iRASD Journal of Educational Research (iRASD-JER) is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing. To ensure the integrity and transparency of the research we publish, we adhere to the following Conflict of Interest Policy:
-
Disclosure of Conflicts: Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation of results or the assessment of manuscripts. Conflicts of interest may arise from financial relationships, personal relationships, academic competition, or any other circumstance that could affect objectivity.
-
Author Responsibilities: Authors are required to provide a clear and detailed statement disclosing any potential conflicts of interest at the time of manuscript submission. This includes financial ties, affiliations, or personal relationships that may impact the research. If any conflicts are identified after publication, authors must promptly inform the editorial team.
-
Reviewer and Editor Responsibilities: Reviewers and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could bias their evaluation of a manuscript. If a conflict is identified, they must recuse themselves from the review process to ensure an impartial assessment.
-
Editorial Handling: The editorial committee is responsible for identifying and managing conflicts of interest throughout the publication process. Manuscripts with identified conflicts of interest will not be assigned to reviewers or editors with competing interests. In cases where conflicts arise, alternative reviewers or editors will be assigned to ensure unbiased evaluation.
-
Policy Enforcement: If a conflict of interest is discovered after publication, the journal will take appropriate action, which may include issuing corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions. The integrity of the research record is paramount, and any potential conflicts will be addressed transparently and promptly.
-
Transparency and Integrity: iRASD-JER is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and integrity in research publishing. All contributors are encouraged to disclose potential conflicts of interest proactively, ensuring that the evaluation and publication of research are conducted impartially.
By adhering to this Conflict of Interest Policy, iRASD-JER upholds international standards of ethical publishing, ensuring that the research we publish is credible, unbiased, and trustworthy.
